Herbalist and cook, Patricia Kyritsi Howell explains their health benefits and shows you the basics of how to buy, store and cook with turmeric and ginger.

And organic farmers, Karen Hurtubise and John Clarke of Qualla Berry Farm, inspire you to grow both in your garden. 

Cost: $30. Recipes and lots of tips along with tastings included. Fresh organic turmeric and ginger will be available for purchase from Qualla Berry Farm.
