Late Fall Herbs and Wild Foods Walk
with Cara-Lee Langston

October 21 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

$100.00

On our last walk of the year with Cara-Lee, you’ll hear stories about the infamous poke berries, hunt for wild native persimmon, and learn about the many uses of black walnut and hickory.

And if it’s true that nature provides us with everything we need for health and healing, then the herbs we’ll see in abundance with the shorter days and cooler nights of fall and early winter point in a clear direction. Turkey tail, white pine, and goldenrod all support healthy immune systems and play a role in healing colds and flu.

Great for beginning and experienced foragers, herb enthusiasts, and wild food lovers!
