Our Refunds and Cancellation Policy 2021

Foundations of Herbalism, Clinical Skills for Herbalists, and In-Person Retreats

Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds: If you contact us 30 days before the program you’re registered for begins, we will refund any tuition payments in full, less your deposit which is not refundable. If less than 30 days before the program begins, no refunds are available, but we can credit you for another event. Credits are good for one year.

After the first class: After the first class, no refunds of any kind are possible.

Cancellations: Should an emergency make it necessary to cancel a class and reschedule for a later date, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided when you registered. If we cancel a class, we will do our best to reschedule at a convenient time for all enrolled students. However, we reserve the right to make the final choice of dates for all rescheduled classes.

Plant Walks and Day-Long In-Person Classes

Payment in full is required to register.
