Let me help you build your clinical skills and provide the support you need to practice with confidence. After 25 years of clinical practice, I enjoy helping student practitioners create their own thriving, successful practices.
My mentorship program offers you personalized support and constructive feedback through individual sessions by phone, Skype, or in person at my Clayton (Georgia) with a three-month commitment. Longer mentorships are also an option. Each month we’ll book two one-hour appointments either by phone, in person, by Skype, etc. I am also available for a reasonable amount of email communication between appointments. This program is open to student practitioners who have completed a solid foundational course in herbal studies and are ready to actively solicit clients and create case studies with complete treatment protocols. You should have an herb apothecary or a specific plan for how to provide the herbs you are recommending for your clients. I can also help you with business planning, marketing, setting practice policies, pricing structure, etc.

About My Mentorship Program
Mentees enrolled in my program receive 2 one-hour appointments each month to review case studies and/or discuss any other related matters, such as business logistics, practice policies, and personal issues that come up in the process of establishing a practice. Appointments are available by phone, Skype or in person at my office in Clayton, Georgia. I am also available by email for short replies between sessions to provide feedback on follow up work you may want me to review after each session.
Mentorship Program Details
Tuition: Cost is $50.00 per session or $300 for a three-month (six appointments) mentorship. Pay in full when your application is accepted or arrange to make monthly debit card payments. Sliding scale is available upon request.
Case Review Guidelines: I will send you detailed guidelines for submitting cases, a Case Review Template form (based on AHG mentorship guidelines for clinical training), along with other materials, when your application is accepted.
Credit for AHG Professional Membership Requirements: Credit for the cases presented may be counted as clinical hours when applying for membership as a Registered Herbalist in the AHG. I can also provide a letter of recommendation after we complete your mentorship.
Individual Sessions: I have specific days reserved for these appointments, which will vary from month to month, based on my schedule. All appointments are on weekdays between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm ET. If you are in need of evening appointments, please contact. Once appointments are booked, if you miss an appointment or need to change your appointment, I will do my best to reschedule as my time allows; however missed appointments may not be carried over from month to month.

Once I receive your application, I’ll contact you to set up a short telephone interview. If we agree to work together, we’ll arrange your first month’s appointments, process your payment or set up your payment schedule. I will email you a packet with additional forms to help you set up your case files and other materials. All mentees are also required to sign a Mentorship Liability Release Form.
